Return Information
All returns must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before the item is returned to MacDoza Inc..

Please Note: Shipments received by MacDoza Inc. without an RMA number will not be processed.
When Returning Items Please:
1. Include the MacDoza Inc. RMA number on the paperwork you are returning with the shipment.
2. Return items with the original packing in the original box
3. Send returns prepaid using a traceable method. (UPS, FedEx, etc). We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
MERCHANDISE RETURN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE OR REPAIR:
To request warranty work, you must contact MacDoza Inc. with in the designated warranty period. If warranty work is required, MacDoza Inc. will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.__You must ship the product(s) back to MacDoza Inc. in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Please include a detailed description of the reason for the return with the merchandise. This will speed up the repair and return of your RMA. Any unauthorized RMA or returned product without a RMA will not be accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense.
MacDoza Inc. will ship the repaired or replaced (if necessary) product(s) to you freight prepaid. However, this is only if you use an address in the U.S. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to MacDoza Inc., back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Data loss is not covered under warranty. Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards.__If you have any questions, call for technical assistance at 469-878-4032. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by MacDoza Inc., usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by MacDoza Inc..
MERCHANDISE RETURN FOR CREDIT:
MacDoza Inc. offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. All returns must have prior approval and a return merchandise number assigned. Returns must be shipped in the original carton with original packing materials or equivalent packaging material. Contact MacDoza Inc. for further instructions within 30 days of invoice date. Items sent freight collect will not be accepted and no credit will be given. Freight charges are non-refundable, and prepaid freight for returns is required. Please note that a restocking charge may also apply if merchandise is returned without prior approval or the customer refuses shipment or is unavailable for delivery. All internet orders are processed on a SECURE SERVER for your protection.
